1、CNC machining

Process Characteristics:

CNC machining has stable processing quality, high machining precision, high repetition accuracy, high cost, and the minimum accuracy can be achieved by one wire.


Material:

ABS, PC, POM, PP, acrylic Bai (PMMA), nylon, bakelite, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, low Du carbon steel, copper, stainless steel, etc., iron fluoride Zhi dragon, PBT, PPS, PEET, polyurethane foam, etc.


The Production Process:

Determine raw materials - incoming inspection - Programming - fixture - Manufacturing (there are three axis, four axis. Five axis can process several surfaces at the same time) - finished products - surface treatment - laboratory testing - packaging and shipping.



2、Cold heading process

Process Characteristics:

It can be divided into single-mode machine and multi-level machine. Simple structure of the product single mold machine can be completed, such as cylindrical head, external hexagon, hexagon bolt.

Multi power position is suitable for product size diversification and irregular appearance. Several sizes and structures can be completed at one time on the same set of mold.

The minimum tolerance of cold heading products can be plus or minus 0.05mm


Material Requirements:

1. High plasticity and low hardness are required

2. High surface quality requirements

3. High dimensional accuracy requirements


The Production Process:

Raw materials warehousing -- incoming inspection -- mold opening -- machine adjusting and testing -- starting -- rubbing teeth -- surface treatment -- laboratory testing -- packaging and shipping.



3、Sheet Metal Stamping

Process Characteristics:

It is divided into single die stamping and continuous die stamping, with product length tolerance of plus or minus 0.1mm-0.15mm. Complex structure will require several sets of dies, and multiple sets of process procedures: blanking, bending, shearing, stretching, bulging, spinning and correction are the main stamping processes.

The maximum tonnage of punch press in our factory is as high as 70 tons.


Material Requirements:

①The thickness is accurate and uniform

②The surface is smooth and smooth, without spots, scars, abrasions and surface cracks.

③The yield strength is uniform without obvious directionality.

④The uniform elongation is high.

⑤The ratio of flexion to strength is low.

⑥Low work hardening.

4、Lost Foam Casting Technology

Process Characteristics:

Casting is an economical method of blank forming, which is mostly used for parts with complex shape and products with high mechanical properties and high tensile strength.

The surface of the casting products is not smooth. If necessary, the surface finish can be increased by subsequent machining. There are some small precision dimensions that need to be processed later.


Material Requirements:

Most of them are made of iron and stainless steel
