Classification and function of bolts

According to the force mode of the connection points: points of ordinary and with hinge hole.

The normal load is mainly axial load, but it can also load the lateral load which is not high.

The bolt used for reaming the hole should match the size of the hole and be used when receiving the transverse force.

According to the shape of the head: there are hexagonal head, round head, square head, heavy head and so on.

Hexagonal heads are the most commonly used. General countersunk head is used in the requirements of connecting bolts after the surface is smooth without protrusion, because the countersunk head can be screwed into the parts. The round head can also be screwed into the parts. The tightening force of the square head can be larger, but the size is large.
