The moisture proof technology of the screws

Iron screws are easy to rust in humid environment. In order to prevent screws from rusting, screws need to be moisture-proof 

The moisture-proof  methods of screws are as follows: 

(1) for vibrating machinery（screws）, solvent-free paint shall be used as far as possible. 

(2) It is better to select impregnating paint（screws) without oxidation components, such as epoxy urethane based or unmodified epoxy based impregnating paint. 

(3) When using cyanuric acid impregnated paint, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature should be slightly higher than 130 ℃ (e.g. 135 ℃) and the curing time should be greater than 180min, and the process must be strictly implemented. Especially in the high-temperature and humid season, the rotary vibrating screen, because from the concept of rust prevention, the drying (curing) time of paint specified in the samples of the paint factory is not necessarily sufficient, The motor has a specific internal shape. 

(4) Paint without volatile acid shall be used. 

(5) Choose the paint with good hydrolysis resistance.
