Introduction to combined screws

1. Introduction to combination screws

Combination screw refers to a screw with a spring pad and a flat pad, which is combined and fastened together by rubbing the teeth. Two combination refers to a screw with only one spring cushion or with only one flat cushion. There may also be two combinations with only one flower tooth.

2, the combination of screw material

The material of combination screw is divided into stainless steel and iron, iron is to use different iron spiral wire. General combination of screw wire is to use 1010, 1018, 10B21, etc. 10B21 is used for class 8.8 screws, such as class 8.8 hex screws. Stainless steel combination screws are generally used SUS304,201 combination screws are generally used very little, because the hardness of stainless steel 201 screw wire is not very good control, it is easy to produce cracks.

3. About electroplating

In general, the electroplating of composite screws generally refers to the electroplating of iron composite screws. Electroplating is divided into environmental protection and non-environmental protection. Common combination screw electroplating color is environmental protection zinc, environmental protection blue zinc, environmental protection white zinc, environmental protection nickel, red color, white zinc, white nickel and so on. Cross recessed set screws, hexagonal set bolts and self-tapping set screws are used for the same purposes as the corresponding cross recessed set screws, hexagonal head bolts and self-tapping screws. The main characteristic of these combined screws is that they are equipped with corresponding washers, which is very convenient to use.

4, the use of combined screws

In general, combined screws are widely used in electrical, electric, machinery, electronics, household appliances, furniture, ships and so on. But different combination screws have different uses. For example, cross pan head combination screws are commonly used in small electronic products. A larger cross outer hexagonal combination screw is used in a larger electrical products, such as frequency converters, some large frequency converters are useful to many cross outer hexagonal combination screws. Hit the converter housing to loosen and tighten it.

And the two combination screws with flower teeth, which is used in the role of the frequency converter is used to break the paint, so that all the two combination screws on the housing board are electrified. Another example of the square pressure line two combination screw, which itself is a pan head screw with a square pad two combination screw. Generally used in the wiring terminal above, the role is used for wiring and pressure line.

5. Differences between combination screws and common screws

(1) the combined screw is more than the ordinary screw with a spring pad or a flat pad, or it is three combination parts, with a spring pad. It's a difference in appearance.

(2) the difference of mechanical properties. Combination screw is a combination of three accessories, performance is definitely the need for three fasteners together to make the function. The mechanical properties of the combined screw are more firm and more convenient. The biggest advantage of combined screw is that it can make the production line more convenient and fast, and improve work efficiency.

(3) the difference in use. The use of ordinary screws is more extensive than the use of combined screws. Basically, industrial products are used to ordinary screws, and combined screws are useful on specific products and materials. Combination screws are only used when the screws need to be used with a spring pad and a pad.
